What You Will Be Doing: Looking for a Senior Engineer to assist Engineers with implementations and ongoing maintenance of:

• Avaya IP Office
• Avaya Communication Manager (CM) 5.x and up
• Avaya Enablement Services (AES)
• Client Enablement Services (CES)
• Avaya WFM (Workforce Management)
• Avaya QM (Quality Monitoring)
• Avaya Modular Messaging/Aura Messaging
• Avaya Ethernet Switching
• Session Border Controllers
• Verint/Witness CSCM (Contact Store Communication Manager)

What You Need for this Position: Extensive experience with the following technologies:

• Avaya IP Office
• Avaya Communication Manager (CM) 5.x and up
• Avaya Enablement Services (AES)
• Client Enablement Services (CES)
• Avaya WFM (Workforce Management)
• Avaya QM (Quality Monitoring)
• Avaya Modular Messaging/Aura Messaging
• Avaya Ethernet Switching
• Session Border Controllers
• Verint/Witness CSCM (Contact Store Communication Manager)
