Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Conway, AR
Springboard ABA is a growing ABA therapy company committed to providing personalized, in-home services to children across Arkansas. We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Conway , AR , and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:
$90,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
Performance-based bonus opportunities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification (required)
Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
Location:
Primary service area: Conway, AR
Hybrid model: in-home in School services with flexibility for remote documentation
