Business Development Manager – Environmental Services

Paragon Staffing is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth exclusively within our Environmental Service division. This role is focused on expanding partnerships with environmental companies and restoration companies across multiple states.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who understands the environmental services landscape and can confidently sell HAZWOPER-certified labor, industrial cleanup crews, emergency response personnel, and specialized environmental technicians.
You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through onboarding—while working closely with operations and recruiting to ensure safe, compliant, and successful deployments.
Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the environmental, remediation, and emergency response sectors
Conduct outbound outreach, site visits, networking, and industry engagement
Present Paragon’s environmental staffing capabilities and develop customized proposals aligned with client needs and profitability goals
Negotiate contracts, markups, and terms while protecting company interests
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through client onboarding
Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and quality performance
Maintain strong client satisfaction and retention
Support expansion into new regions and environmental service lines
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Identify market trends and provide strategic insights to leadership
Proven experience in environmental services sales, industrial services sales, or environmental staffing
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close new business independently
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with OSHA requirements
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a performance-driven role
Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct in-person client visits
$70,000–$80,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
Uncapped commission + performance bonus
