The legal team supports a wide range of areas including commercial negotiations, corporate matters, and privacy and security compliance. Our mission is to enable fast, legally sound decisions by building trust with both our customers and internal teams.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, business-minded legal professional to join us as the third member of our growing legal team. This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational contributor, working closely with the Head of Legal to help shape the company’s legal infrastructure. You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong sense of ownership, and is known for getting things done.
In this role, you’ll bring a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset to cross-functional collaborations, ensuring legal support is seamlessly integrated into business decisions. From corporate governance to strategic initiatives, you'll play a critical part in driving the legal team's impact across the company.
Act as generalist when needed to help support other areas of the business as needed (including privacy)
Help maintain and improve self-serve resources and contract templates for the business teams.
Assist with reviewing and managing routine agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and order forms.
Assist in maintaining corporate compliance including insurance and registrations across multiple entities
Help prepare board and shareholder materials (including equity board consent)
J.D. from law school (or foreign equivalent) and admission to practice law
4+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house, with a particular focus on the Saas industry.
High ethical standards, excellent judgment, and a high degree of emotional intelligence to build strong collaboration with stakeholders across the team and the business
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
Experience with or interest in legal tech tools (Spotdraft, Pandadoc, Notion).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
