As a Customer Service Representative, you will help foster strong connections between clients and our brand while supporting sales and growth initiatives.
Build and maintain positive, lasting relationships with clients and customers to enhance sales and brand awareness
Identify and resolve client questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Leverage product knowledge to assist in sales efforts and new client acquisition
Deliver personalized purchasing experiences and exceptional customer support
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities that drive revenue
Work closely with Brand Relations and Sales team members to achieve performance goals

Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (college a plus but not required)
1–3 years experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred but not mandatory
Are people-oriented and passionate about building strong client relationships
Are charismatic, personable, and able to facilitate positive interactions
Are results-driven, self-motivated , and eager to improve interpersonal skills
Possess strong active listening skills and empathy toward clients
Take a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
Hands-on training to develop customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills
