Accounting/Payroll Staff – Automotive Dealership Are you ready to join a fast-paced dealership team where every day brings something new? We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting/Payroll Staff Member to join our growing team. This position supports the daily accounting operations for our Chevrolet and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealerships. Key Responsibilities

Perform daily bank posting and reconciliation
Post general journal entries
Post and reconcile credit card transactions in Accounts Payable
Review schedules and maintain accurate balances
Perform deal posting and commission tracking with strong attention to accuracy
Assist with payroll administration, including timekeeping and employee updates
Ordering/Organizing dealership supplies and activities
Support the Accounting Manager/Controller with additional tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

Automotive dealership accounting experience is required
Strong understanding of dealership accounting flow and schedules

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Chevrolet or Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram (CDJR) dealership operations
Experience using Dealertrack DMS
Payroll/timekeeping experience (Paychex preferred but not required)
Strong Excel and organizational skills
