License, Certification, or Registration Required :
- Current and unrestricted license to practice Dentistry with the State of Texas.
- Must be certified by the American Heart Association BLS in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Duties / Responsibilites:
- Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routine.
- Perform documentation of all services provided.
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, VSH and WFSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
