Our rapid growth and breadth of accounts translates into exciting opportunities for our people!The Executive Sous Chef supports the Culinary Department’s daily operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. This role assists in menu development, supervises hourly team members, and collaborates with the Executive Chef on ordering, cost control, and new menu initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Executive Chef to manage budgets and control food costs
Assist in menu planning and recipe creation
Lead execution of catering events
Implement new culinary programs with the marketing and culinary teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
Progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
Catering and high-volume foodservice experience preferred
Strong understanding of quality, sanitation, food cost, and presentation standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
ServSafe certification preferred
Commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement
