Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. This role is critical in maintaining a smooth workflow in shipping and receiving operations while adhering to safety standards.

Duties

• Operate forklifts, including order pickers, cherry pickers, to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate placement of items in designated areas.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, safely handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more.
• Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and manage stock locations.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating reach trucks and Cherry pickers in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to forklift operation.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the job.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Previous experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.

All shifts available:
1st 5am - 3:30pm Tues-Sat  Pay Rate  $21.36

2nd 4pm -2:30am Tues-Sat  Pay Rate $21.86
