We are looking for a security supervisor level position. The ideal candidate is interested in working as part of a team, is assertive, and open to constructive feedback. The security supervisor is designated to work in various locations. You will be part of the operations team and supervise graveyard security guards. You will be in charge in supervising the guards in the field, and over viewing the punctuality, uniformity, and performance of all guards at night. We are looking for an individual who operates with integrity, honor, duty, self-less service, and respect. Manners and self-awareness are key. Professionalism and situation awareness are crucial.

Job Title : Morning Security Supervisor

Job Type: Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Communicate company policies and procedures to all subordinates.
• Conduct uniform/equipment/punctuality/performance inspections of subordinates.
• Conduct daily visits to client locations using our company vehicle.
• Assist with scheduling with the filling of open shifts, by responding immediately to open shifts and making phone calls to cover the openings as needed.
• Assist upper management with investigations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
• Training scenarios and situations for the guards
• Construct route plans, and patrol plans for the field
• Assist with timesheets and patrol checks of the guards
• Report and communication with Operations Manager
• Discipline, professionalism, Respect, and Responsible

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills in order to effectively lead, manage, mentor, and develop effective working relationships with superiors and subordinates alike.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in the U.S
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a CA Driver License with clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs. (e)
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift
• Must be bilingual
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Lead/Supervisor experience

License:  California Guard Card

Pay Frequency:  Biweekly

Location: Various locations

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:  

6:00am - 2:30pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent
• Associates and Arts (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Armed Security/Patrol: 1 year
• Military: 3 years (Preferred)
• Supervising: Least 1 year

Work Location: One location

Equipment: Equipment that you must obtain within a month of employment is as follows:

• · Tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)
