Junior Sales Representative | First Shift | Cincinnati, OH

Are you a people person with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base in the staffing industry. We offer an exciting opportunity to join one of the most well-respected staffing organizations in Cincinnati. We are a family-owned company that values employees and their families. We are willing to train entry level professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients
• Develop and send marketing emails and outreach campaigns
• Maintain and update a database of client contacts, job orders, and drops
• Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs, and community events
• Attend networking events to build and strengthen business relationships
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements

What We're Looking For:

• 2 year College Degree or equivalent business experience.
• 2 years of business to business sales experience
• Familiar with consultative, solutions-based selling
• Knowledge of businesses/organizations in the Cincinnati/NKY area
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging strategies to promote our services and attract new clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a professional demeanor
• Proficiency with CRM or database management tools a plus

Compensation :

Salary + sales commission

Schedule :

First Shift, Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
