We are a loving family of four living in sunny Florida, seeking an au pair to join us and bond with our children. Our 7-year-old son is full of energy and would thrive with a big brother or sister figure to guide and play with him, while our 4-year-old daughter, who has autism, is a joyful and sweet child. We need someone who can provide attentive and compassionate care, engage in interactive activities with our son, and offer gentle support for our daughter. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, educational support, light household duties related to the children, and becoming an integral part of our family. In return, we offer private, comfortable accommodation, meals, a stipend, a supportive environment, and cultural exchange opportunities. We prefer candidates with previous childcare experience, especially with energetic children and those with special needs, who are loving, patient, energetic, and ready to commit to our family for 12 months or longer.
