Support preparation, processing & reconciliation of payroll in the US, Costa Rica, and Canada, including off-cycle payments, special payments, commissions, bonuses, severance, & vacation pay.
Coordinate with benefits to ensure the accurate deductions are being taken every pay period and entering appropriate adjustments as needed.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests and maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Pay employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
Prepare final Payroll summary reports for electronic distribution.
Support internal and external audits.
