Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Experience with power washing equipment, minor landscaping, and light labor tasks
• Ability to operate and maintain a truck with a trailer (valid driver's license required)
• Mechanically inclined; basic knowledge of small equipment maintenance
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Summary Statement:

The Power Washing & Grounds Labor Technician is responsible for performing routine power washing of sites, minor landscaping upkeep, and other light labor tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance at company properties.

Position Contingencies:

• Must consent to a criminal background check and be willing to submit to a drug test

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and on-demand power washing of building exteriors, sidewalks, fueling areas, and car wash facilities
• Conduct minor landscaping tasks, including debris cleanup, trimming, and seasonal upkeep
• Complete small-scale site improvements such as painting, minor repairs, and general labor projects
• Safely operate and maintain all assigned equipment and vehicles
• Monitor work quality and ensure completed tasks meet company standards
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report replenishment needs
• Assist with other site projects or maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Director of
  Facilities
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or concerns

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable operating pressure washing equipment, landscaping tools, and basic hand tools
