Adecco is looking for punctual, dependable, and motivated individuals to join one of our premier clients in Sumner, WA as a Production Associate. Production Associates are essential in supporting daily production operations by completing a variety of tasks. Our client in Sumner, WA is a fast-growing start-up company where teamwork is critical! No prior experience is required! Production Associate job duties include, but are not limited to: + Material Handler: Move, sort, weigh, package, label, and ship product + Assemble boxes for shipment of product + Sanitize and organize tools, equipment, and workspaces within the warehouse + Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) while meeting all USDA standards and guidelines + Work as a team to meet production goals + Other duties as assigned Requirements: + Must be able to follow instructions with a high level of attention to detail + Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and move throughout the warehouse for a 10-hour shift is required + The ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted is required + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in assigned tasks + Ability to walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, hear, talk, push, pull, and handle objects with hands + Reliable transportation required Available Shift: + Weekend shifts: + Friday - Sunday 2:00 AM - 3:00 PM + Friday - Sunday 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM What's in this for you? + Weekly pay starting at $19.00/hr! + On the job training is provided for our entry level production - warehouse roles! + Long term temp-to-hire opportunity with growth opportunities - based on your individual performance! + Competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) + Generous referral bonuses offered + Free access to training and upskilling through Adecco's Aspire Academy Click on APPLY FOR JOB to be considered for this Production - Warehouse job in Sumner, WA. **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
