Qualifications:
1- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in a remote setting.
3- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4- Strong leadership and team management skills.
5- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
6- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8- Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar) is preferred.
