Server/Waitstaff
Servers are responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.Key Responsibilities
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
- Describe menu items and daily specials, answering guest questions about ingredients and preparation.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and promptly.
- Monitor guest tables and anticipate their needs throughout the meal.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Clear and reset tables according to established standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other FOH team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a server in a busy restaurant setting.
- Thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens and dietary restrictions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
