This position pays between $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience. Overview We're looking for a highly accountable, detail-driven Category Manager to join our Sourcing Team and support key initiatives across our food ingredient portfolio. Unlike traditional Category Manager roles, this position is not assigned to a single category. Instead, it provides analytical and operational support across multiple ingredient areas-helping drive accuracy, visibility, and execution within the sourcing function. The ideal candidate thrives in the details, connects data to action, and isn't afraid to dig into the systems and information that power smart decisions. This role partners closely with Product Development, FSQA, Regulatory, Commercialization, Replenishment, and Revenue Enablement to ensure ingredient sourcing is efficient, data-driven, and flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities New Ingredient Development Support the sourcing and onboarding of new ingredients and SKUs for prepared meals and meal kits Collaborate with Product Development, FSQA, Regulatory, Commercialization, Replenishment, and Revenue Enablement to ensure ingredient readiness, supplier setup, and data accuracy. Gather cost inputs, supplier details, and documentation to support smooth commercialization and launch execution. Data & Insights Build, maintain, and interpret reports and dashboards to monitor supplier performance, cost movement, and sourcing timelines. Validate and reconcile sourcing data across ERP and reporting systems in collaboration with Finance and Planning. Provide data-driven insights that help guide sourcing decisions and improve team efficiency. Cross-Functional & Category Support Serve as a flexible resource within the sourcing team, supporting Category Managers with data analysis, project tracking, and execution tasks. Assist during high-volume periods such as customer onboarding or ingredient transitions by managing details and maintaining accuracy across systems and deliverables. Execute day-to-day sourcing activities such as supplier record updates, item validation, and cost maintenance to keep projects moving. Special Projects Contribute to cross-functional sourcing initiatives, including brand transitions, supplier redundancy, and cost optimization projects Collaborate with leadership to gather and organize data that supports visibility and alignment across teams. Participate in process and system improvements that strengthen sourcing execution and data integrity.
