Job Description

Manage labor administration and ensure legal and corporate compliance at all times.
Manage the payroll process and provide staff advice.

• Provides advice on employee relations, new employee orientations, and exit interviews.
• Recommends, develops, communicates, and implements new approaches, policies, practices, and procedures to achieve continuous improvements in department efficiency, services provided, and the resolution of problems or issues through the use of criteria consistent with government regulations or laws.
• Manages labor administration, ensuring legal and corporate compliance, as well as employee well-being, at all times.
• Researches and analyzes various types of data to improve processes and indicators.
• Responsible for keeping all labor documents up-to-date with federal regulations on general working conditions.
• Responsible for ensuring that terminations are carried out in accordance with labor guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in HR Administration or similar.
• At least 5+ years of experience in HR as a generalist or in a labor-related role.
• At least 3+ years of experience managing payroll systems, knowledge of the Revolution/TRESS system (incident capture).
• Management of labor administration to ensure legal and corporate compliance. Knowledge of Labor Laws (LLF), application of disciplinary measures, termination of employment relationships.
• Administration of development and training programs. Upper-intermediate English.
• Desirable:
