Join our fun fast-paced team at The Udder Bar! We are looking for a Manager who is passionate about customer service, team work, and sweet treats! In this role you will lead our crew to provide great customer service while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will lead and motivate team members during shifts to create a fun working environment. Prepare ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes for customers and third party platforms. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Assist with inventory management and supplies. Resolve any customer issues that may arise.

Qualifications/Responsibilities 

• Must be 18 years of age and can work up to 40 hours a week (flexible hours) 
• Lead experience a must have
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Food Certification (Preferred not a must) 
• Experience with inventory procedures
• Strong communication skills 
• Be able to troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise 
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be willing to cover shifts as needed
• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in lead role
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Be a leader with great organizational skills 
• Prepare ice cream, milkshake, and sundaes for both customers and third party delivery services
• Must be outgoing and hardworking
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with upper management to implement operational improvements
