Salary: $72,500.00- $125,000.00

We are looking to add to our team of industry leading Store Managers , whose main areas of responsibilities include overseeing our retail operation, managing staff, achieving sales and safety goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Employing a hands-on approach, the Store Manager runs a business unit that is the life blood of our company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified candidates will possess a high drive for operational excellence and experience in grocery retail specifically.
• You are a strong people leader with leadership characteristics that align with our company culture centered around putting people first; humility, integrity and community.
• You invest time in the development of your team and continually plan for sustainable succession and retention.

• You model and encourage inclusive and welcoming behaviors in the teammate and guest environments.
• You are an adept communicator and demonstrate consistent follow through
• You are able to travel up to one hour each way to/from your residence
• You are at least 18 years of age. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in grocery retail or other related retail fields
• Understanding of merchandising, operations, service, supply chain, inventory, sales
