This position is contingent upon contract award

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all functions of personnel (government, civilian, military, and contractor) travel for official government business
  • Notify in-country representatives of expected travel, attain country clearances and assist travelers with fulfilling screening requirements and attaining travel advisories
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and obtain the necessary approvals
  • Coordinate travel reservations for staff/contractors for airline, car rentals, and hotel accommodations
  • Data entry of travel information into designated repository to maintain program level deployment records
  • Assist in identifying known and unknown risks and dependencies related to travel and current events in international locations
  • Coordinate with external travel office entities to ensure itineraries, in-country transportation, and lodging align with scheduled deployment dates
  • Validate incoming and outgoing personnel information to satisfy daily personnel reporting requirements
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a thorough understanding of logistics associated with personnel deployments overseas preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience required
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Some travel required
