Teamsters Local 1932 represents over 14,000 hard-working public and private sector employees and fights for workers and their families across the Inland Empire. Teamsters Local 1932 is seeking candidates for a year-long Union Organizing Fellowship . Organizing Fellows will learn the skills required to organize workers and build sufficient power to win concrete gains from employers. They will be mentored closely by expert union organizers and gain experience training workers and inspiring them to victory. Fellows will have tremendous opportunities for growth and development, with the possibility of long-term employment based on regular evaluations. This is a full-time, year-long fellowship.

Local 1932 is based in San Bernardino, California, but fellowship opportunities exist in San Bernardino, Riverside, Coachella Valley, and Los Angeles.
A Personal Vehicle is preferred but not required.
