**Job Title:** **Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)** **Location:** Davenport, IA **Pay Rate:** $16/hr **Job Summary** We are looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker** to join our 1st shift team. In this role, you will ensure accurate sorting and palletizing of products for forklift operators, handle items ranging from small boxes to large machine parts (up to 1,000 lbs), and maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners. You'll also assist with loading and unloading semi-trailers. **Schedule** + **Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM + **Work Site:** Fully on-site in Davenport, IA **Key Responsibilities** + Sort and arrange boxes on correct pick pallets for forklift operators + Pick and pack products of various sizes using lifting equipment + Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking and accuracy + Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets **Essential Skills** + Experience in picking and packing products + Proficiency with RF scanners + Ability to operate lifting equipment and handle heavy loads + Knowledge of loading/unloading procedures for semi-trailers **Additional Qualifications** + 3-6 months of warehouse experience preferred + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs + Flexibility with working hours and mandatory overtime + Forklift experience is a plus (training provided if needed) **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DAVENPORT, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
