Position Overview:

We’re seeking experienced hospitality-forward Bartenders to join our team. This role is essential to both guest service and team support. The Bartender crafts unique and classic cocktails while providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, guiding them through their dining experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide genuine and professional hospitality at all times.
• Communicate between bar, kitchen, service team and leadership to ensure a consistent, timely and memorable experience for our guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and address them promptly.
• Prepare and serve beverages with precision, speed, and consistency in accordance with our standards.
• Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail ingredients, including rotating and seasonal offerings.
• Take guest orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Follow steps of service with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality.
• Deliver food and beverage to guests in a timely manner.
• Accurately process payments.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the bar area, adhering to Department of Health and internal standards.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to our standards.
• Perform duties as assigned by leadership in order to drive and maintain our passion for hospitality, quality food and beverage.
• Support fellow team members during service.
• Participate in daily preshift meetings.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant or upscale dining.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktail builds, and ability to learn recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Current ServSafe and Basset certifications.
• Strong working knowledge of food, beverage, and bar service.
• Calm, clear, and professional communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
• Composed and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time / Full-time

Compensation: $12.62 / hr + tips
