This is a Senior Trader opportunity and is a night shift position with hours of Midnight to 9-10 AM Monday through Friday. Our focus is on: Treasury, Global Equity, Currency, Derivative, Government Bond and Commodity Futures markets: Book-running/trading, position taking and broking.
Proprietary trading involves high-risk speculation of the financial mentioned markets. The successful propriety trader should possess top-drawer knowledge and experience in analysing and executing market orders/trades and understanding sophisticated top-end high value profit-and-loss ratios situations.
The role involves designing and developing trading strategies and methods to achieve profits and manage trading risks. Our super-star proprietary trader must understand the high-value requirements of working in the financial securities/currencies/bond market, including all capital contribution scenarios.
Our proprietary trader will be able to apply financial acumen and business skills to identify, assess and monitor price levels for securities in which they are speculating or trading. You will be using complex in-house developed IT-tools and algorithms to engage in market transactions and often may supervise another junior trader in securities deals.
We are seeking to talk to the following finance professionals:
• Flow Traders – buy and sell products on the financial markets for our private clients. Products include: Securities and other assets such as futures, options, commodities, bonds, derivatives and currencies.
• Proprietary Traders – Trade on behalf of SGT Inc.
• Sales Traders – Taking instructions directly from clients, placing orders and advising them on market developments and new financial ventures. Top performing intermediaries between the client and the market maker. Languages Required: Russian, Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish and German speakers.
