We are expanding our remote team and are looking for client-focused individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful experiences. In this role, you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide, including accommodations, cruises, activities, transportation, and special events.

Responsibilities:

• Design personalized itineraries for clients
• Research and coordinate reservations through multiple suppliers
• Identify client preferences, needs, and budget and offer tailored recommendations
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly
• Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
• Maintain secure client records
• Participate in ongoing training
