Job Description

Salary: $45,760 - 45,760 per year Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• No need for a high school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Valid drivers license is required
• Preferred: Customer service experience
• Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant work experience

• Execute both interior and exterior window cleaning utilizing ladders, lifts, water-fed poles, and other necessary equipment
• Adhere to OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols, including the correct use of fall protection gear
• Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently and within designated timeframes
• Build and sustain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
• Follow all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and protocols established by the company, clients, and regulatory agencies
• Safely operate lifts, scaffolding, and other access equipment
• Be prepared to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Maintain a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
